Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?

What types of trips can I book?
We provide transportation for:

How do I schedule a ride?
You can book a ride in three easy ways:

Recurring Trips: For regular appointments (such as dialysis), we can schedule recurring rides so you don’t have to book each time.
How much notice do I need to give when booking?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance whenever possible. Same-day rides may be available depending on our schedule — please call us to check availability.
Can family members or caregivers ride along?
Absolutely. We welcome caregivers, family members, or friends to accompany the passenger at no extra cost, as long as seating is available.
How do I know my driver is qualified?
Our drivers are trained professionals with certifications in CPR, First Aid, defensive driving, and passenger assistance. They are also background-checked and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.
